Delivery Time and Shipping Costs

At Matteurs we go above and beyond to pack and ship your order as soon as possible. All orders are fulfilled at our warehouse on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, the next business day after placing your order. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Our flat rate of $15 is for Australia and $30 for New Zealand orders. If you require express shipping, please select this option during the checkout process.

Standard Australian orders of over $100 are shipped for free (excluding bulky items).
